Production Plan
Solo Content Production: 3 Hours/Week
One person, 95 pieces, 90 days. The trick is batching by task type instead of platform, and every single week lands under the 3-hour cap.

Method
Batch by Task Type, Not Platform
Context-switching kills solo productivity. Honestly, the whole "Monday = LinkedIn, Tuesday = Instagram" approach doesn't work when you're doing this alone. Batch all your writing in one session and all design work in another.
✎ Session A: Write
60-75 min
All copy for the week: LinkedIn posts, carousel text, Reel scripts, captions, newsletter drafts, blog outlines. Get it all done in one sitting so the voice stays consistent.
⚙ Session B: Build
60-75 min
All design and editing: carousel graphics, stat cards, Reel/TikTok edits, thumbnails. Load your templates, open the assets folder, and just export everything in one go.
⏰ Session C: Schedule
15-30 min
Queue everything into scheduling tool. Set optimal times. Done for the week. Walk away.
Time Budget
13-Week Production Timeline
Series drop weeks run about 2h 35m. Warm-up weeks are lighter, around 1h 31m. Nothing goes over 3 hours.

Content Multiplication
One Idea Becomes 6+ Pieces
Write the LinkedIn post first. Everything else just gets reshaped from that same idea.

- Build carousel templates with brand fonts/colors pre-loaded (15 min)
- Configure scheduling tool with optimal posting times (15 min)

Every 4 Weeks (30 min)

When You're Behind
What to Cut First (and What You Can't)
If you're running behind, cut from the bottom up. The top 3 don't get touched.
1
LinkedIn Posts (3/week). Your primary B2B channel. Never skip these. They're your pipeline.
2
Series Piece Drops. The campaign backbone. Pieces 1-5 stay on schedule, period. Everything else exists to support them.
3
Newsletter Editions. Subscribers are your highest-value audience. Small list but high intent, and well worth the 15-20 min.
4
Instagram Carousels. You can skip one non-series carousel per month without real impact. Prioritize Reels over carousels if you have to choose.
5
TikTok Posts. Organic growth is slow here. Consistency matters more than volume, so post 2x instead of 3x if needed.
6
Instagram Stories. Nice-to-have, not need-to-have. Skip entirely during heavy production weeks.
7
X / Twitter. Lowest priority. Only post when content naturally adapts. Don't produce anything exclusively for this platform.
Emergency Mode
Minimum Viable Week: 1 Hour
Look, some weeks you only have an hour. That's fine. Just hit these 3 pieces and the campaign keeps moving.
3 Pieces in 60 Minutes
LinkedIn Post (20 min)
Pick a hook from the library. Write. Design one stat card. Post.
Instagram Reel (20 min)
Pull existing footage from archives. Edit 30s. Add text overlay and end card. Post.
LinkedIn Post #2 (20 min)
Carousel or text post. Use second hook from the library. Design or write. Post.
